Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable for: * Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment * Missed or forgotten appointments (no-shows) If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to retain your deposit. ⸻ 📍 Location & Arrival Please enter through the main red door on the street.
