Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable for: * Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment * Missed or forgotten appointments (no-shows) If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to retain your deposit. ⸻ 📍 Location & Arrival Please enter through the main red door on the street. Kindly ignore signage directing to the rear entrance. The treatment room is located on the first floor, Room No. 1. ⸻ 💳 Payment The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
